It arrived broken but it looks good and of good quality.
I loved it!! It arrived quite quickly and I didn't see any damage to the product.
It arrived with the box somewhat crushed but the product arrived intact, the material is plastic, it is not as they say it is jade or anything, at least mine came off when it was used, otherwise nothing works super it does its job.
The item looks of average quality, the protective packaging arrived damaged and at the top the roller was loose. However, it can be easily assembled and works well.
